This conference encompasses a course offered by the National Judicial College with additional sessions specifically focused on New Mexico law and court procedure. All magistrate judges must attend unless excused by the Chief Justice of the New Mexico Supreme Court. All magistrate pro tems must attend unless excused by the Director of the Magistrate Court Division of the Administrative Office of the Courts.
