This one and a half day program is open to New Mexico probate judges and up to one court staff member from each court.
The agenda includes a variety of topics specific to the role of a probate judge in New Mexico. Some of these topics include:
- formal vs. informal probate;
- in-state and out-of-state P.R.;
- funeral home practices; and
- death certificates.
