This one and a half day program, held at the Crowne Plaza Albuquerque, is open to New Mexico probate judges and up to one court staff member from each court. If you would like to invite a court staff member to attend the conference, please see below.
The agenda includes a variety of topics specific to the role of a probate judge in New Mexico. Some of these topics include:
- wills vs. trusts;
- cases involving minor heirs;
- customer service and difficult clients; and
- judicial ethics
