This site was developed by the National Association of State Judicial Educators (NASJE), through the New Mexico Judicial Education Center, under a contract from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Its purpose is to help state and local judges and judicial educators find the most useful and current resources for handling cases or providing judicial training on impaired driving and other traffic safety issues.
