This seminar is the second in a series of four seminars. All four seminars will provide the same curriculum covering substantive law and procedural requirements for appropriate handling of DWI cases in the judicial system. Attendance is by invitation only and includes judges, court staff, prosecutors, defense attorneys, law enforcement and community DWI coordinators.
Credit will be available for law enforcement officers, as well as New Mexico state and municipal judges attending this seminar.
