The Court Supervisors Regional Seminars are one (1) day regional seminars designed for court-employed supervisors from district, magistrate, metropolitan, and municipal courts in New Mexico who supervise at least one court staff member.
Topic areas being developed include:
- Legal and Legislative Updates
- HR Policies and Procedures
- Effective Communication through Mutual Respect
- Effective Discipline Techniques for Court Managers
- Ethics
- Teambuilding
In addition, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and learn from other court supervisors from different levels of courts within in your region.
