We're Branching Out!
Metro Court continues to grow and mature as the largest court in New Mexico. As such, the professional growth of our staff members, now numbering over three hundred, drove the design of this year's conference agenda. To propel this growth forward, we asked for and received detailed input from staff members to guide the development of the agenda. To that end and in emphasizing branching out, there are sessions devoted to professional growth such as:
- organization skills,
- time management
- maximizing state benefits
- personal safety awareness
- selling yourself through excellent resume/vita writing skills
We will also keep the saw in your toolkit sharp by offering a session devoted to the latest changes in the law that impact your daily functions here at the Court.
