Tutorial on the crimes of stalking and harassment for New Mexico judges

This tutorial offers information on the crimes of stalking and harassment to assist the New Mexico judiciary in gaining a better understanding of the psychology of these offenses as well as the applicable substantive and procedural laws.  Please keep in mind that this tutorial provides a guide to the law but is not itself the law. Refer to statutes and case law for definitive answers to legal questions.
