Reimbursement Procedures

How to claim reimbursement for expenses incurred while attending an educational program not provided by JEC


  1. Review reimbursement policy prior to completing and submitting reimbursement.
  2. Complete the JEC travel survey.
  3. Read and complete the reimbursement form.
  4. Tape all required receipts to a blank 8 ½ x 11 piece of paper.
  5. Provide a copy of a certificate of completion if provided at the program.
  6. Submit the travel reimbursement form and all associated documentation no later than 10 business days after travel is complete to:
