Debbie Bogosian designs, plans and facilitates educational programs for the New Mexico judiciary, with a focus on court staff. She manages all aspects of program content and delivery and contributes to overall curriculum planning.

Marian Chavez provides logistical support for educational programs for the New Mexico judiciary. She coordinates facilities, mailings and registration, and serves as on-site staff for both centralized and regional programs.
Steve Circeo

Steve Circeo maintains and updates the JEC web site, designs web content and develops systems for interactive online training.
Tony Cornay

Victoria Garcia
Event Manager

Victoria Garcia manages all logistical support for educational programs for the New Mexico judiciary. She designs marketing materials, forecasts and manages costs, develops event plans and oversees on-site staffing for all programs

Tracey Kincaid handles administrative and financial services in support of education for the New Mexico judiciary. She is responsible for financial tracking, purchasing, travel planning, educational attendance reporting and materials distribution.

Pam Lambert

Pam Lambert manages all Judicial Education Center services, staff and funding. She oversees all programming, publications, online training and related services to ensure the educational needs of the New Mexico judiciary are successfully met.

Elizabeth Norris

In the absence of the Coordinator of Educational Support, Elizabeth Norris handles administrative and financial services in support of education of the New Mexico judiciary. She is responsible for financial tracking, purchasing, travel planning, educational attendance records and materials distribution.
